Click the button below to open our Online Order Form. At the Velox Valuations First Coast website, click Order an Appraisal.
Once you have accessed the order form, in the top two mandatory fields, select "Pre-Listing" and "Other," then fill out remaining fields.
In the Comments section, enter your desired DealShield package name or number. Once all fields are completed, click SUBMIT.
